Wistron ITS (4953) and Taiwan Carbon Asset (TCA) jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today (26). The two entities will leverage the advantages in information and communication technology, renewable energy, and sustainable services. They aim to provide a comprehensive ESG solutions, confront carbon anxiety and increase market share. 

Ching, CEO of Wistron ITS (WITS) stated that ESG is an indispensable part of corporate development. ESG trends have increasingly been caught global attention, Wistron ITS continues to enhance its ecosystem, strengthen partnerships, and explore collaborative opportunities to leverage software or data for value creation.
